Which Size Do I Need?

How to Use Your Reusable Menstrual Cup

1. Sterilise: before first use (and after every cycle), place the cup in the provided steriliser, cover with boiling water, and leave for around 10 minutes. Wash your hands before handling.
2. Fold & insert: fold the cup, insert it lower than you would a tampon, and let it pop open for a secure, leak-proof seal.
3. Empty & reuse: in a relaxed position, pinch the base to release the seal and gently remove. Empty into the toilet, rinse, and reinsert, or sterilise again before your next cycle.
