- Missing items: if you are missing any items, please get in touch at customercare@betterearthstory.co.uk.
- Incorrect Items: if for some reason you receive an incorrect item, email us at customercare@betterearthstory.co.uk. Our Customer Care team will help to resolve it as soon as possible.
- Damaged/faulty items: we take pride in ensuring our lovely parcels reach you safely and securely. If you receive something that is damaged in transit, please email us with images at customercare@betterearthstory.co.uk.

Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, it is not possible to cancel the delivery. If you wish to proceed to a return please contact us at customercare@betterearthstory.co.uk and we will provide returns instructions.
In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination despite the correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days for UK deliveries), please contact us at customercare@bettereartstory.co.uk.
